Our 40+ year old home was in need of a helping hand when The Odd Job Guy, Mark Fenech, was referred to us by neighbours. The job we had in mind was freshening up our second bathroom but one thing quickly led to another. Mark just rolled with the ever-growing list and cheerfully carried out each task, no matter how big or small. He arrived promptly when he said he would and worked non-stop till the end of the day or when the job was done. His attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile was impressive. I was referred to the Odd Job Guy by my father in law when we decided to get our stairway light fixtures replaced. We were so happy with Mark’s work we decided to hire him to upgrade our very outdated un-functional main bathroom. Having three children it’s difficult to shop for accessories. We sent him a list of what was needed and trusted him to choose what would be appropriate for our needs. We came home from vacation to a truly stunning bathroom. Mark, The Odd Job Guy has fantastic painting skills, and is a true professional. We hired Mark to paint our main floor hallway, stairway leading to second floor, family room, dining room and kitchen including all baseboards, doors and trim. He spent the first three days preparing the wall surfaces for painting by plastering all scratches, dents, cracks and nail pops, then sanding and priming the repairs before even touching a paint brush or roller! This extra detail taken shows in the end result with flawless smooth walls and laser cut edging! Mark was punctual on a daily basis, honest, and genuinely cared about the quality of his work. We would highly recommend Mark for any painting jobs you are considering!

We’ve been using Mark for our odd jobs for years. He’s the first person we call when we need something done. Over the years he’s installed baseboards, downspouts, quarter round, dimmer switches, closet doors, stair railings and ceiling fans as well as a myriad of other repairs too numerous to mention here.
